The Haven is designed with peace and tranquility in mind, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. Just outside the park you'll find a local convenience shop, two charming pubs serving homemade food, and Scarborough's wealth of attractions on your doorstep — plus owners have full access to the swimming pool and facilities at the nearby Flower of May Holiday Park.

UTILITY CHARGES

As part of our ethos of being up front with costs and considerations when buying a holiday home, these are the prices for utilities on the park. They are correct as of 1st January 2026 and are fixed for a set period of time. 


People often ask how much you could expect to pay in utilities over the year, however the cost is determined by usage, so it's very hard to give an accurate figure.
