Holiday Parks in Yorkshire with WiFi
Thanks to feedback from our guests and owners, we have improved our WiFi network to provide you with an internet connection which keeps up with the modern day requirements. We are proud to offer you a connection, with the help of the providers, LPIS, which will allow you to keep connected while you are away on holiday, share those holiday snaps and keep in touch with friends and family.
Please note, this only applies to the following parks; Flower of May, Goosewood, Riverside Meadows, Fir Tree and Upper Carr. There is an alternative connection at The Lighthouse Holiday Park (more below).
We offer three types of service: Free WiFi / A streaming and downloading speed / Direct to van (DTV)

Free WiFi - Browsing Speed
Free WiFi is available across the whole park and is available to everyone. It provides a basic service which enables you to browse the internet and check your emails. There are different options depending on how long you may be staying for. A week if you are here on holiday, or a year if you are an owner or seasonal tourer.
Please ensure you have completed the registration process after choosing the network from your list of WiFi connections. If you do not complete this process, your device may appear to be connected but it will not give you a connection.
WiFi for downloading and streaming
Just like the free service, there is also a service for downloading and streaming across the park. It provides a connection which will enable you to download, stream, play games online and much more.
This service is chargeable and the pricing is displayed to the left.
If you choose 2+ devices, the code you are given to log on, will provide access for each device you want to connect.
If you are hiring a static caravan, Willows Lodge or Elms Lodge, this service is provided free of charge within the holiday accommodation and instructions on how to connect are in your welcome booklet.

Direct to Van (DTV)
This is a private connection. It is only available to private owners and those on a seasonal touring pitch. It works in a very similar way to a home broadband service. You have your own router, password and you can connect as many devices to this as you wish and enjoy a speed which allows you to download and stream.
Installation and equipment is a one-off cost of £160, then there is a yearly data charge. This year the data cost is £150 and this is subject to change. Prices correct as of January 2023.

The Lighthouse Holiday Park
There is free WiFi provided in the lounge bar which provides a basic service which enables you to browse the internet and check your emails. This is password protected and will work in the same way a private connection would work.
You can also take up the DTV option which provides a private connection for downloading and streaming. It works in a very similar way to a home broadband service. You have your own router, password and you can connect as many devices to this as you wish.
Installation and equipment is a one-off cost of £160, then there is a yearly data charge. This year the data cost is £175 and this is subject to change.
