A warming and welcoming holiday home, the Willerby Granada is a holiday home which has been popular throughout the years. It’s ideal for a family who may be looking at buying their first holiday home and testing the water with holiday home ownership.

Well built and in good condition throughout, you also benefit from being on Upper Carr which is ideally located in Pickering with the coast, countryside and cities within a short driving distance. The park is tranquil and charming, welcoming owners throughout a 10 month season.

In the lounge there is fixed, chunky seating which provides a great space to relax, all set around a gas fire and TV stand.

The kitchen is well equipped for your needs as an owner. There is ample cupboard space for your pots, pans and utensils, while the design of the kitchen also ensures worktop space for you to prepare your food.

Across from the kitchen there is a dining table with two chairs and fixed seating matching the sofas in the lounge.

Bedrooms comprise of one double room and two twin rooms. The double room has plenty of storage space above the double bed. Both the twin rooms have over-bed storage too and a tall wardrobe ensuring there is further clothing storage space. One of the twin rooms is set up with a double bed while the other has one single.

The bathroom  has a large shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
