The Carnaby Oakdale is a luxuriously appointed and spacious holiday home, with double glazing, central heating and a leisure door to the front (this isn’t shown in the manufacturers pictures, but the unit does have a leisure door to the front). At 37×12 (2 bed) and 38×12 (3 bed) it offers space within all the rooms with high-quality fixtures and fittings throughout and has a refreshed colour scheme for 2023. It is situated on the stunning countryside park of Riverside Meadows in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside but equally within a short walk of Ripon city centre.

The lounge has a comfy, free-standing effect, L-shaped effect sofa, providing a relaxing space for all the family to unwind. The TV unit has an aerial point and plug sockets built into the wall keeping wires hidden. Shelving to each side would be ideal for family photos, and the electric fire underneath provides a neat focal point for the room. The leisure door would open onto a fantastic decking (not included) which could really enhance the living space, especially on warm summer evenings.

In the U-shaped kitchen, the cream units and drawers are offset by the marble effect worktops. There is a gas cooker and hob with splashback and overhead extractor fan. The shelf between the lounge and kitchen would make an ideal space for a microwave, and opposite the kitchen stands the tall, integrated fridge-freezer.

If you love entertaining or having family to stay with you, the kitchen and dining area is a great space. The chef can prepare the meal in close proximity to everyone else and not miss out on that valuable family time. The free-standing dining table has four high backed chairs and comfortably sits four people with plenty of space with the potential for two extra chairs (not included) at each end of the table.

In the bedrooms, the main bedroom benefits from an en-suite WC and a large built-in wardrobe. The double bed has a stylish headboard with overhead shelving and cupboards and bedside cabinets. There is a mirror with vanity shelf and the plug sockets have USB charging points, so you can plug in other electronics and charge your phone at the same time.

The twin rooms have a bedside cabinet between the beds, with ample storage space and USB points on the plug sockets.

The bathroom is modern, with warming colour tones. There is a large shower, with thermostatic control, WC and washbasin plus handy storage for toiletries and towels and other bits and bobs.

In summary, if you are a family or couple looking for a new, luxury holiday home with an opening front door, the Carnaby Oakdale makes a great option. With some home-from-home comforts, and stunning interior you can build many happy family memories from your holiday home.
