L-shaped, comfortable seating in the lounge provides a space to sink into the sofa watching your favourite films and TV programmes while you relax on holiday. Set around a TV stand and electric fireplace, it’s easy to unwind in these tranquil surroundings.

Moving back into the kitchen, black, marble-effect worktops pair perfectly with the cream cupboard fronts and wood-effect panels. The gas hob, oven and grill are accompanied by an over-head, externally vented extractor, keeping your open plan living space food-smell-free.

Just off the kitchen, in front of the integrated fridge-freezer, there is a free-standing table and chairs in matching wood-effect tones which provides a great space to entertain guests or sit down together to eat.

Benefiting from an en-suite WC and washbasin, the master bedroom stretches the full width of the holiday home with cupboards, shelving and storage space surrounding the bed. To the end of the master bed is a vanity area with stool seating and a mirror, with even more additional storage above!

The twin room has a double wardrobe to the end of the bed, with over-bed storage too.

Meanwhile, in the family shower room there is a shower with a thermostatic mixer, a WC and wash basin too.

You also have the added benefit of having WiFi installed and ready to go, with nothing to pay for your first year of WiFi data, a TV aerial fitted ready for your takeover day and a barrier entry fob!
