At 35×12 the rooms are a good size, with an open-plan lounge/kitchen area ensuring you can spend time together even if you are doing different things. The handy fold-out sofa bed is ideal for when you have extra family or friends to stay.

There are two bedrooms in this holiday home, a double and a twin, and both have ample storage space for your holiday belongings.

The local area is enjoyed by our current owners at Burnside. There is a post shop and convenience store in the village, with a couple of pubs serving food nearby too. You are also just a stone’s throw away from the popular seaside resort of Scarborough, and a short drive to the quaint Whitby and North York Moors. If you have children or grandchildren, there is a small play park on the site too.
