As you walk in to the Nevada’s living space, the first noticeable thing is the light airy feeling in the room. That feeling is generated by the tall floor to ceiling windows to the side and a large window next to it which let lots of natural light in to the living room.

The chunky, wrapped seating runs in an L-shape and is set around the gas fire place, mantelpiece and TV stand, which a tall mirror too. There is plenty of space to personalise this living with family pictures and keepsakes. The decking to the side of the holiday home also provides a great space for enjoying the sunny part of the 10 month season!

The kitchen and dining area are perfectly positioned to allow maximum space for both cooking and dining. The central worktop provides a place to use while in the kitchen, and also means there is fixed U-shape seating around the free-standing table.

The main L-shaped kitchen worktop has cream units which look modern and stylish. The under-counter fridge-freezer is included and there is plenty of cupboard space for your food and utensils.

The bedrooms are made up of one double room and one twin room. Both with plenty of storage for your holiday clothes and/or extra storage space. There is also an extra fold-out bed from the sofa should you need extra sleeping space.

The family shower room has a large shower cubicle, and WC and wash basin with a mirror-fronted vanity cabinet above the basin.
