About this holiday home
Modern and luxurious, the Cosalt Monaco is a stunning holiday home with large front windows, double glazing, central heating, decking, an en-suite shower room and more. Located on a front row pitch with views overlooking rolling countryside there are few better positions on the park. The Monaco Duo is on the Marton Heights development at the family-friendly Fir Tree Park in Sewerby, near Bridlington where you can also benefit from the fabulous on-park facilities.
The lounge has two sofas, a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa set around the modern fireplace and in front of the ceiling to floor windows. The open-plan lounge and kitchen gives a family-friendly orientation to the holiday home, with a breakfast bar, island in the kitchen adding a luxurious and modern touch.
If you enjoy spending time in the kitchen you aren’t cut off from the rest of the family, and there is home-from-home appliances. There is an integrated microwave and fridge-freezer and the cooker has a stylish over-head extractor and splash back. Once the cooking is done, the integrated dishwasher is a handy extra.
Opposite the kitchen island is the free-standing, wooden table and chairs which are great for entertaining guests or having a family meal.
The bedrooms have striking headboards which go up to the ceiling, in a magenta colour in the main room and a turquoise blue in the second room. The main bedroom has a double wardrobe unit and a vanity area, with a en-suite shower room adding privacy and luxury to the main room.
In the bathroom there is a bath with WC and wash basin.
