Complete with double glazing and central heating, this Willerby Winchester is the perfect option for the 11 month season on our owners-only Burnside Park. Located in the sleepy Burnside village near Scarborough, you are a stones throw away from the beautiful sandy beaches.

This holiday home is equipped with front opening doors producing plenty of natural light into the living area and near the stream so you can listen to the tranquil sounds of running water. The lounge provides space to relax and enjoy your holidays. There is a large, comfortable sofa with two accompanying arm chairs, so you can kick back in style as you watch your favourite film or TV series, all set around a TV stand.

The decking to the side is large and welcoming, ideal for sitting outside on a warm summer evening to eat, relax or enjoy the sea air.

The kitchen area provides a gas hob, grill and oven for the family chef as well as cupboard space both above and below the worktop areas. Off the kitchen area is the free-standing dining table and accompanying chairs which is a great space for entertaining or sitting down together to eat.

An en-suite is a key feature in the main bedroom along with plenty of cupboard space. The en-suite has a WC and wash basin.

The twin room has over-bed storage and shelving as well as a tall wardrobe to the end of one of the single beds. The family shower room has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin too.
