An L-shaped sofa provides comfortable and relaxing seating for the whole family, while it folds out in to an occasional bed if you have guests or family to stay. It’s set around a modern TV stand and electric fireplace where you can add your own touches such as family photos.

U-shaped worktops in the kitchen ensure there is plenty of space to stay in and cook, while there is plenty of cupboard and draw space for your kitchen utensils and food. For convenience there is an integrated microwave and fridge-freezer included too. A  splashback behind the gas hob, oven and grill is offset by the white cupboard fronts giving a luxury and modern feel.

There is a dining table and chairs set off the kitchen so you can sit down together to eat, something that can prove difficult when everyone has busy lives.
